Swallow Agar Agar Warna Kuning is a plant-based gelling agent made from seaweed in a bright yellow colour. Ideal for preparing colourful puddings, jelly desserts and layered desserts – as a vegan alternative to gelatine.

Usage

• Mix the powder with sugar and the desired liquid (water, milk or coconut milk)
• Bring to the boil while stirring and simmer for 2–3 minutes
• Pour into moulds and let cool until the dessert sets
