FAQ
When are my Poin credited?
As soon as your order is paid, the Poin are added to your account automatically. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the Poin are adjusted accordingly.
Are Poin rounded?
Yes – in your favour. The order value is rounded up to full Poin: for €4.20 of goods you get 5 Poin.
How do I redeem my Poin?
Open the Java Club window (round gold button at the edge of the screen or “View my Poin”), choose a reward level and you will receive a discount code to enter at checkout.
Can I combine the reward code with other discounts?
One discount code can be used per order – reward codes cannot be combined with other codes.
Do shipping costs count?
Poin are earned on the value of the goods paid (incl. VAT). Shipping costs do not count.
