Nutrijell Balanced Color® is an Indonesian jelly powder from the Nutrijell brand with a real blueberry flavor. The special "Balanced Color" formula combines natural fruit and vegetable extracts (blueberry, grape, red cabbage, purple carrot) for a balanced color without artificial excess.

Each packet contains the jelly powder and a separate Fruity Acid sachet for a fruity-fresh note. Easy to prepare in minutes – ideal for colorful desserts, jelly molds, and creative Indonesian sweet dishes.

Preparation

1. Mix Nutrijell Balanced Color® with 200 g sugar (to taste).
2. Add 700 ml (3½ glasses) of water, stir and bring to a boil.
3. Remove from heat, wait 3 minutes, then stir in Fruity Acid.
4. Pour into jelly molds and let cool.
