Kemiri is the Indonesian name for the fruit of the Aleurite Moluccanus Baumes, which is also known as "Candlenut Tree" or "Candle Tree". The seeds of the fruit are often used in Indonesian cuisine to achieve a creamy texture and nutty taste in different dishes.
